Yes. As of April 15, 2026, UK plug-in solar regulations allow homeowners to install and plug in compliant battery systems without a licensed electrician. GreenArk Pro is fully compliant with this regulation. See official UK government announcement →
UKCA certification is pending and expected by the end of June 2026. We are selling under our existing CE certification in the meantime, which covers safety and EMC compliance. All products will be UKCA-certified before the end of June 2026.
Yes. GreenArk Pro: Each pack is 2.6kWh. Start with one and stack up to five more packs, for a total of 15.6kWh. GreenArk Ultra: Each pack is 5kWh. Start with one and add up to three more packs, for a total of 20kWh. Both models support simple plug-and-play daisy-chaining. Each additional pack costs the same as your first pack. Expansion requires no new installation — just plug the new pack in and it joins the system automatically.
Yes. GreenArk Pro has two MPPT channels with 99.8% efficiency, accepting up to 2,000W of solar input combined. You can charge the battery from solar during the day and use that power in the evening — or set schedules so stored energy is used during peak-rate hours. It also works without solar; plug it into any standard socket to charge from grid electricity.
Zero feed-in means your system does not export surplus power back to the grid. Paired with a Shelly smart meter, this keeps you fully compliant with UK grid connection rules and avoids potential export licence requirements. You keep and use all the power your system generates or stores.
